Which payment methods do you offer?
We offer safe payments with Debit and credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What's the delivery time?
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase and the delivery time will vary depending on your location. Most of the location in the world would need between 7-10 working days. Please note, orders placed on a non working day (holiday) will be shipped the following working day and customs in your country might delay the package for an additional day or two.
Can I add or remove something from my order?
Contact us and we'll try to help out before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped when we process your request, there is unfortunately no way of making changes to the order.
Where is my order?
When you place an order you will first receive a confirmation e-mail, and then another email confirming that your order has been shipped with a tracking link.
Where do you ship and are there any customs & taxes?
We ship all over the world. For all orders within the European Union, the VAT is included in the price and there are no customs fees. For all other countries, it will vary depending on the rules and legislations of your own country. For example, some countries have a lower limit of the order value before charging anything, while other countries might charge customs and VAT on all orders.
Can I return a product?
Absolutely! If you are not happy with the products you have received or simply want to make an exchange, please contact us by email at info@shishimo.com and we will be happy to help. Are all products vegan?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and always cruelty free!
What material are the nails made of?
All our press-on nails are made of 100% recycled ABS plastic.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, all our nails are reusable! How many times you are able to use them will depend on how well you look after them, how often you use them and for how long you use them.
How do you apply the nails?

How long do the nails last?
The adhesive tabs that you use to apply the nails usually last 2-3 days (sometimes even more) without having to change them if they have been applied correctly. The adhesive UV gel that you use to apply nails usually last 2-3 weeks.
What is included when I buy a pair of nails?
In every nail kit you will get all you need for a perfect at home manicure: 24-30 press on nails for a perfect fit, a set of adhesive tabs, a double sided nail file.
How do I find the correct size press-on's?
When you measure the press-on's on your natural nails, think about twisting your finger from side to side to see that the press on nail covers your entire natural nail. If you are between two sizes, we recommend using the smaller size rather than the larger size.
What shapes and sizes are available?
The available shapes are Square, Oval, Almond and Ballerina. Keep in mind that the look and feel will depend on not only the shape and size of the press-on, but also the size of your natural nails and fingers.
Can I adjust the nails?
Absolutely, you can file the nails with the included nail file if you want to customise them.
